Lori Watt

Lori Watt is Professor of History at Washington University in St. Louis, where she specializes in Japanese history. She is the author of When Empire Comes Home: Repatriation and Reintegration in Postwar Japan (Harvard University Press, 2009).
In her current book project, she seeks to gain a better understanding of the Allied-managed population transfers throughout East Asia at the end of the World War II.
